Fostering Traditional Music and Dance in the Pacific Northwest

The heart of the community

Bubbaville is a nonprofit group named after the late, great square dance caller, musician and community organizer Bill “Bubba” Martin. Based in Portland, Oregon, we serve to bring together musicians, dancers and other friends of traditional music on the West Coast. Each January we present our flagship event, the Portland Old-Time Music Gathering.
